Decarbonisation Report Rational
This decarbonisation report provides the building owner with a defined strategic path to reduce the carbon emissions of their building(s) from their present level to zero. It also summarises the improvement in EPC rating that can be achieved from each measures, including solar PV and an ASHP.
The sophisticated software has been used on more than 20,000 buildings and the SBEM assessment defines the energy use and carbon emissions for the building as its baseline. If these are higher than the actual energy usages, it demonstrates there is an operational inefficiency that the building owner can action to reduce energy costs without any capital investment.

The latest technologies are included in the assessment that offer 15-30% energy and carbon savings with less than a 4 year payback.

We follow a 7 stage process assessing each building, including :
