We provide a highly accurate detailed report by being able to access all the information about the building that is stored within in its EPC. This is uploaded into our sophisticated AI driven software that has been used on over 20,000 buildings and is able to determine all the measures that are suitable for the building including solar PV and ASHP.
We then include proven energy saving products that have less than a 3 year payback to produce impressive results.

Presently Available : Green Angel Funding
At the moment we do have a green angel who is providing a funding pot that will reduce the cost of each report by 33% (£1,500). For a standard sized building our report is £4,500 plus vat, which is reduced with the grant funding to £3,000 plus vat.
Similar reports are circa £7,000- £9,000 due to the amount of site visits and time required, which we have eliminated by using the EPC datafile and AI software.
